The outer concept of the Caravan of the Future, "Cargo.S" closed and extended, are my intellectual property, the outer design (C & E) has been registered under the English Patent Law, it has also been registered, independently from the inner concept, in my name, under the European Community Patent Law, The rights regarding the full size prototype of Cargo.S and the publicity rights associated belong to the Caravan Club until the 12 of November 2007. As Cargo.S is currently under the spotlight, all use of my 3D rendered views of my original outer design (closed and extended)
without my knowledge and approval will be considered an infringement of my intellectual property and my design rights.
It is illegal and will be treated as such until the 12 of November 2007. Beyond that date, use of my outer design for commercial
purposes without my knowledge will also be illegal. All incorrect, harmful, and damaging information regarding the outer design
of Cargo.S (C & E)
and my design work, given to people without my knowledge and authority,
will be treated as liable by law.
All other concepts presented in this website are copyrighted in my name and
must be treated as above. For the 3D visualisations, the copyright belongs to
companies or individuals. Please deal directly with them for the use of their
material.
